If you are near the Dallas, Texas, area or are planning a trip to our city, we highly recommend the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, especially during the fall season. We are members there and take full advantage of wonderfully warm walks throughout the gardens. They host a village for children, made of pumpkins and corn, a celebration of the harvest. They serve tea and old-fashioned luncheons. Throughout autumn, we anticipate the next season, when the garden creates 12 days of Christmas made entirely of flowers.
